CONNECTION CONTROL
Disconnect your company.
You control the connection and the local files you keep.
Reading this page does not disconnect a company.
Use the Disconnect control in the local workspace, or manage the connection through QuickBooks.
Disconnect in AccuPortix
- Open the local workspace that holds the connection: Sandbox at 5127, or My Companies at 5128.
- Stop any current operation, then select Connection.
- Click Disconnect. The app removes its saved local authorization grant and attempts Intuit revocation.
- Review the result. If revocation cannot be confirmed, also remove the app through the connected-app settings in QuickBooks Online.
Previously saved files remain on your PC
Disconnecting does not erase source files, exported records, backups, audits or operation journals. Review and manage those separately under your business and record-keeping requirements. Saved app credentials remain available for later explicit use.
