Development and testing

Import preparation, supported exports, and guarded sandbox changes. Native write execution is locked by default.

MY COMPANIES / PORT 5128

Real-company exports

Production credentials and owner/admin authorization required. Accounting writes are blocked.

What you need to get started

The local AccuPortix Windows app, running on your PC.
An Intuit Developer app configured for the Accounting API.
Appropriate company access and an explicit Intuit authorization.
Production approval and credentials before connecting real companies.

The Online app uses Intuit’s web APIs. The QuickBooks Desktop SDK is not required.

Choose a workflow

Export: choose supported records or reports, set filters, review the results, explicitly select records, then choose your download format.

Import: load a CSV/XLSX in the local app, map fields and validate. Limited sandbox posting profiles are under development; creation requires an exact reviewed test approval.

Delete or inactivate: choose a supported action, search, select exact records, inspect dependencies and blockers, obtain the backup, then review the final plan. Reports cannot be deleted, and not all lists support inactivation.
