APP INFORMATION & POLICIES
End-user license agreement
Terms for authorized internal use of the current AccuPortix application, operated by Radiant Accounting & Tax Services.
Draft for owner review · Updated 6 November 2026 · hamza@radiantaccounting.net
1. Limited permission to use
Subject to applicable law and the rights of any third-party components, the operator permits authorized internal users to run the current application for legitimate company verification, supported data export, local import preparation, and explicitly authorized sandbox testing within the current build’s documented limits. This agreement does not offer a public subscription service or permission to redistribute or resell the app.
2. Authorized companies only
You must have authority to access each company and approve the relevant Intuit connection. Use the correct app environment and company ID. Do not use another person’s credentials, bypass access controls, access unrelated company data or use the app unlawfully. Intuit subscriptions, permissions, platform requirements and terms continue to apply separately.
3. Current capabilities
The real-company workspace supports authenticated company verification, supported record searches and CSV/Excel exports. Production accounting posting, updating, deletion and inactivation are disabled. Sandbox import supports local mapping and validation, with limited guarded create profiles under development. Execution is locked by default and native test coverage is incomplete. Production import posting is blocked. Any sandbox native creation, deletion or inactivation test requires a separate reviewed scope, backup/recovery plan and explicit authorization.
Features described as unavailable must not be treated as implemented. The app is not a complete company migration or restoration service, a payroll substitute, a payment processor or a tax-filing service.
4. Source-data and accounting review
Review the company name, ID, environment and capture conditions before exporting. Returned API data can omit fields visible elsewhere in QuickBooks. Counts checked before and after a search do not make the capture an atomic point-in-time backup.
CSV readers can infer types or formulas when opening files. Excel exports use text cells to preserve source values. Source formatting, QuickBooks layouts and every regional/transaction variant are not guaranteed. Independently review records, totals, references and any downstream use.
5. Local files and credentials
You are responsible for the PC, Windows account, local files, backup copies and any files you share. Enter credentials and tokens only in Intuit’s official pages and the app’s private local fields. Do not publish secrets in chat, source repositories, configuration files or policy pages.
Read the privacy policy for storage and disconnect behavior. Disconnect does not automatically erase previously downloaded data or local audit evidence.
6. Development status and availability
The app is supplied for the stated internal testing/use scope, with the limitations documented in the current build. No promise of uninterrupted availability, universal QuickBooks parity or fitness for every accounting workflow is made. Intuit services, approval and account eligibility are controlled by Intuit.
The software does not replace professional judgment or any separate accounting/tax engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Ending use and changes
Stop accessing company data when your authority ends. You can disconnect the app and manage local copies according to applicable business and record-keeping obligations. These terms should be reviewed before materially changing the app’s audience, features or hosting.
Questions about this app or permission to use it can be sent to hamza@radiantaccounting.net. Separate third-party licenses and Intuit agreements govern their respective software and services.
